By using Smart CV Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or contains malware. You are solely responsible for the content of your CVs and portfolios.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Email verification is required before account activation.

Free & Pro Plans

The ATS analysis engine is free and unlimited for every user. Free plan users are limited to a configurable number of documents and see a watermark on PDF exports. Pro plan users get unlimited documents, no watermark, premium templates, and premium support. Pro subscriptions are billed one-time per period via PayPal.

Public Portfolios

When you publish a portfolio, it becomes publicly accessible at a URL containing your username and chosen slug. You are responsible for the content you publish. Unpublishing removes public access within 60 seconds.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job placement. ATS scores are heuristic estimates and not a guarantee of compatibility with any specific ATS system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart CV Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
